It’s blue Monday and we’re thinking of the fun we had at the weekend…
Sarah & her 1 yr old, Elliot had an early morning front room disco to Head & the Heart videos.
Wandering through cobbled streets with good ones.
“It’s great!” to spend some quality time with the beautiful niece. Sarah & Eve.
Hot buttered popcorn, m&m peanuts & binge watching ‘Borgen’. Perfect.
Celeste has been tucking into ‘Fifteens’, a Northern Irish delicacy, in an attempt at assimilation.
But not forgetting where she comes from, getting some Aussie grog in celebration of Australia Day.
Happy last week of January! (Yikes!!)

Hello all! Hope you’re enjoying the heatwave and keeping hydrated! 😉 Sorry about the radio silence recently… We’ve each had a lot going on from starting a new job, finishing up training to other big life changes. So we’re trying to keep Tracks going but when it’s quiet in here you know it’s because we’re just a bit hectic on this side.
Anyway, without further ado, here’s some snaps from our weekend…
Celeste had some good coffee, found a spoon in honour of Nessie and looked down to find Pac Man on the pavement.
Sarah is globetrotting in North America (lucky!), here’s a few beauties from Seattle.
Hanna is moving house (again!), in the midst of packing boxes there was a bit of time to give an old banged up bureau a new lease of life.
Hope ya’ll had a good one!

Well, for the first time that I can remember the May bank holiday weekend was indeed glorious. I have the sunburn and awkward necklace ‘tan’ line to prove it!
There was some al fresco dining with a real beauty!
A good ol’ Ice Cream to cool us down!
A little day trip to Bristol to see Hanna and her boo. (That just happened… don’t worry, I am a little disappointed in myself.)
Bristol suits the sun …
Boat trips are amazing when you’re driven by beardy-mullet man… even if you get pooped on by a duck. (Plotting my revenge as I type.)
Sarah had a beautiful time with her sister in sunny Paris, venturing to this beautiful bookshop.
Their hotel was complete with a gnome posse. ‘Rollin’ with the Gnomies.’
And if you’re thinking about updating your phone wall paper may I suggest this season appropriate picture of Tom Selleck?
Hope this week is a lovely for you … and all of us!

Hope you enjoyed the sunshine this weekend – we sure did! (now more of that please!)
It wouldn’t be a Saturday morning without a picture of breakfast! 🙂
A is for adventure – Hanna and hubs decided to get lost in the woods (and then get a map out and find the way back).
What is an adventure without a packed lunch? (PS. We all have a Fjällraven and love them -find out more here!)
This quarry near Hanna’s is looks like big boys playground…
Celeste managed to down some drinks in the sun! (surely this is what summer is all about!)
There is a lovely place called Caravan in Kings Cross London that Celeste and Sarah got to spend quality time in.
Wahaca is our all time favourite – Celeste was the lucky girl to get to sample these treats!
Hope you had a good ‘un!

This weekend we’ve been appreciating life’s little joys…
Celeste was a trooper and stayed up most of Friday night so she fully deserved her chilled out Sunday eve with Gatsby, Kinfolk and Tequila.
As well as some sparkly, Danish men and a good film! (what more could you want?!)
Sarah kept active with the Craftivists…
Hanna made her bed (picture worthy occasion) and picked branches to bring Spring inside…
Hope you had a good weekend and are ready to face the new week!

This weekend Sarah and Celeste took in the breathtaking views in Scotland celebrating a most lovely friend’s birthday.
Life could be much worse eh?
Fire pit necessities.
An egg hunt in the woods.
You may even find a pixie house on your egg hunt.
A little homemade card for the birthday girl, she’s a peach!
Tragic accident on the swings.
Our rooms were glorious.
Sarah picked up some local whiskey for her hubby.
Hanna stuffed cabbage leaves.
Eggs and soilders, always a winner!
Keeping warm by candlelight.
Hanna’s husband is a bit brilliant, homemade onion bhaji’s and mint sauce.
Hope your weeks have been lovely and hope ours measure up to our weekends.

We’re still willing Spring to come!
And perhaps it’s working?
One of our favourites was celebrated in the lovely ‘Speakeasy‘ coffee shop just off Carnaby street.
Some American coffee beans to be ground.
Perfect for trying out the aeropress.
A lovely Sunday roast in St Albans ‘the Boot’.
Smashed it right in my face
followed by Punk IPA Brew Dog and a Rock n Roll band.
A little bit of making
We’re serious about making our food H-O-T!
Just hanging out with my first aid bag hoping not to be mistaken for a doctor in the event of a medical emergency!
